4. Refund Request Process:

  • Request Submission: Clients must submit a formal refund request via email to work@dreamalgorithm.net within 15 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
  • Review Period: The refund request will be reviewed within 10 business days.
  • Communication: We will communicate the outcome of the review and any further steps via email.

5. Partial Refunds: In cases where partial services have been delivered, a partial refund may be considered based on the extent of the completed work and the remaining deliverables.

6. Dispute Resolution: If a resolution cannot be reached through our standard refund policy, clients may request to escalate the issue. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and will engage in good faith negotiations.
